TYPE: SERRATED — maximum bite for aggressive cuts and rough stock

PACKAGE INCLUDES: 10 x 1" serrated gripper teeth, .125" step height.

DESCRIPTION: Stop losing parts to slip and ejection. These serrated teeth clamp onto .125" material and hold it there — high-density dual serrations with an angled tooth geometry that bites in and doesn't let go. Made and assembled in the USA from certified A2 tool steel, heat-treated to HRC 46-48. Drop-in compatible with soft jaws, and the teeth are replaceable — swap teeth, not jaws.

SPECIFICATIONS: Length 1" | Step height .125" | Hardness HRC 46-48 | Material: certified A2 tool steel | Qty: 10 per pack

What machinists are saying

"I use them. It is a very good platform because one set of jaws can be used as regular flat jaws w/ parallels, or with flat grippers, serrated round grippers or smooth round grippers. I'd highly recommend them. Not only that but they are built with exceptional robustness for demanding machining work."
